The Embrace Biodegradable Urn in Autumn Leaves is compostable and intended for burying cremated remains. The paper used in this biodegradable urn for ashes is made from paper and mulberry tree bark. The bark is collected sustainably and does not harm the tree.

The long-lasting and appealing Embrace Earthurn Biodegradable Urn is made from mulberry tree bark using an ancient method that allows the bark to be harvested without damaging the tree. With its distinct texture, the bark is sun-dried before making the urn.

There is a water-soluble bag included. The ashes are placed in the bag, then in the urn. When the urn is placed in the ground, it will degrade over time depending on the soil's moisture level. Available in four different colors with matching mini sizes. When placed in water they will float briefly and sink to the bottom, where they break down naturally over time.
